Drop of truth 2D animation

My lifelong dream is to create or lead the creation of a full-feature animated film.

With a background in 3D, I've now ventured into exploring 2D animation, attracted by its quicker turnaround. I began with a fundamental question: How long would it take to single-handedly create a 1-minute animation, handling everything from the script and storyboarding to the final product?

After a month of grappling with new software and learning various pipelines, here we are.
